Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the intimate nature of our products. Exceptions apply only if the item arrives defective or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@wo-fresh.com.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Wrong Address / Change of Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. WoFresh is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Requests for address changes must be submitted immediately; changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
International Orders
International shipments are subject to customs regulations and fees determined by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Lost/Stolen Packages
WoFresh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
Disclaimer / Waiver of Liability
By purchasing or using WoFresh products, you agree that they are for personal, non-medical use only. WoFresh LLC and its affiliates assume no liability for misuse or adverse effects. You expressly waive all legal claims related to product use and agree to indemnify WoFresh LLC against any claims arising from your purchase.
No Warranty
There is no warranty of merchantability, no warranty of results for a particular use, and no warranty of non-infringement.
